• Your donations make the work of Crossroads International, its partners, and volunteers possible. It is your financial support that enables Crossroads to send qualified volunteers overseas to support the work of our partner organizations. In 2011, Crossroads works with partners in Bolivia, Ghana, Mali, Niger, Senagal, Swaziland, Togo, and Zimbabwe.

Your Donations Change Lives: An Example of Your Generosity at Work
• Your donations allow Crossroads International to support the transformation of women’s work. Crossroads is assisting women in Mali, Niger and Senegal to transform tradition work into decent jobs. For centuries, women have harvested shea nuts for oil. This year Crossroads supported women’s cooperatives to scale up by refining techniques and developing new products to access more markets. Why cooperatives? Working as a group enables women to negotiate a fair price, to meet higher demand and to invest in equipment to accelerate production. Women invest their incomes in their families, buying food and clothing, growing food and sending their children to school.
